Go on a diet

  Last time when I saw my high school classmate Sandy was three months ago. She was not a thin girl before. But this time I met her in Taipei, she became a charming and a confident girl due to her change. She said she had lost her weight from 58 to 45, about 13 kg in total! I always wanted to go on a diet to make my appearance be better but the efficiency was not so well, so I asked her how she did it. There are three main points she mentioned. First, don’t eat any food after 6p.m. Second, conserve about 1000 to 1200 calories a day. And the last, drink 2000cc water every day. I would like to obey these rules that I hope I could lose about 7kg. When the summer comes, I will wear my beautiful clothes and go out with a confident smile on my face!
